Hi again :)

Hi Guys... So excited about christmas being sooooo close!
Although lm NOT yet finished all the things l wonna get done,
I am happy to say I'm almost there.
I know its the craziest time of the year but creatively its AWESOME!!!
I made these christmas shortbreads this morning.
I got the recipie out of the
latest free Safeway magazine you get at the counter.
So l thought l'd share the recipie...
So easy to make & very
YUM.

Ingredients:
250g Western Star Butter, softened

2/3 Cup Pure Icing Sugar

2 Cups Plain Flour

1 Cup Rice Flour

1 Tsp Castor Sugar, for Sprinking

Makes about 30

Method:
Process (or beat with electric mixer) all ingredients except castor sugar until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Press mixture together until it forms a dough, Divide dough into two. Roll out dough between two sheets of baking paper until 5mm thick. Using the cookie cutter of your choice, cut out the shapes from the dough. Sprinkle with castor sugar & bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes or until dry & firm but still pale. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. ENJOY!!!

I also made these fabric balls over the weekend as a kris kringle gift
for a one year old girl.
You can find the pattern HERE.

Also thought l'd share a few more layouts....

Well thats all for today... Take Care
